GRANOR PASSI processes approximately
220 000 tons of fruit per annum. Citrus
accounts for more than 75% of the
annual production with apples
contributing around 20%.
The company’s main products include concentrated citrus juices, concentrated apple and pear juices, fruit pulps, formulated fruit juice concentrates and fruit preparations for yoghurts.
The formulated fruit juice concentrates are produced to customer’s specifications and products can be offered frozen, aseptically packed or chemically preserved. A variety of byproducts are available including citrus cells, cold pressed essential oils and citrus essence oils.

Granor Passi’s fruit supply
GRANOR PASSI recognises the importance of continuous supply throughout the year and for this purpose has secured its fruit supply through producer shareholding.At present 91 percent of the company is owned by fruit suppliers who by agreement supply all juice-grade fruit to GRANOR PASSI only. Fruit suppliers are selected carefully and global certification or Registered Export Pack House status are minimum requirements. All fruit supplied to GRANOR PASSI is sampled and tested for compliance with specifications prior to processing. Approved subcontractors collect fruit at packhouses and are continually monitored to ensure fruit arrives at the processing facilities with minimum delay.
